🌐1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StupidGangle website (play.sharkblocks00.com) or game server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

👤2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to register an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorised access to your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or punishments will result in all accounts being permanently banned.
• You must provide accurate information during registration. Impersonating another person is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice.

🎮3. Game Server Rules

All players are expected to follow the Server Rules. These rules are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans at staff discretion. Staff decisions are final.

💳4. Purchases & Ranks

• All rank purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law (e.g. EU consumer rights).
• Purchased ranks are tied to your Minecraft account UUID and website account. We are not responsible for access issues caused by account changes on your end.
• We reserve the right to modify rank perks, prices, or availability at any time. Existing purchasers will not lose access to their rank, though perks may change.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without first contacting us will result in a permanent ban from the server and website.
• StupidGangle ranks are non-transferable and have no real-world monetary value.

💬5. User Content

By posting on the forums, you grant StupidGangle a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and store that content on our platform. You retain ownership of content you create. You are solely responsible for what you post. We may remove any content that violates these terms or our rules without notice.

• Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes copyright.
• Do not post personal information of others without their consent.
• Do not post spam, advertisements, or links to malicious websites.

🔗6. Linking Your Minecraft Account

The account linking feature connects your website account to your Minecraft UUID. This is used to sync ranks and moderation actions between the website and the game server. You may unlink at any time via your account settings. We store your Minecraft UUID and username as described in our Privacy Policy.

⚖️7. Bans & Appeals

We reserve the right to ban any player or user at any time for any reason, including behaviour we deem harmful to the community, even if not explicitly listed in the rules. You may appeal a ban via the Ban Appeals page. We aim to review appeals within 7 days. Approved appeals result in an unban; denied appeals are final unless new evidence is presented.

🔌8. API & Third-Party Integrations

The StupidGangle API (https://play.sharkblocks00.com/api/v1/) is provided for integration with the game server. API tokens must be kept confidential. You may not use the API to scrape data, automate actions in a disruptive way, or circumvent security measures. We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time.

🚫9. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the website or game server.
• Using automated tools to access the website without permission.
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or private data.
• Distributing malware or phishing content via our platform.
• Any conduct that violates applicable law.

⚠️10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

StupidGangle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the server or website will be available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StupidGangle and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. StupidGangle is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
